How to raise objections?

Experts,

Please advise me on the following.

I am fighting a false DV case filed by my wife nearly more than two years after we separated.

I received the DV plaint and I am due to file a reply.

Please suggest me the section(s) under CPC or CRPC under which I can file objections over the circumstances raised in the plaint.

Kindly, reply.

Deep

Engage a lawyer who will draft the reply to the complaint for domestic violence on your behalf. Otherwise too under section 28,  the provisions of PWDV Act are covered under the Criminal Procedure Code.
