Dear All,
I wish to know how to reclaim our agri land from a farmer to cultivate ourselves in future . Our land is tilled by the current cultivating tenant (for 2 generations from his grandfather). He hasn't given us rent/produce for decades. He has the tenant agreement between our grandfather & his grandfather.
1.What should be done to evict him from our land?
2.Can a farmer tilling somebody's land for years without a tenant agreement claim ownership?
