Dear All,
i am staying with my mother in a house which is on joint name of my parents with my father being the 1st owner and mother being the 2nd one. my father doesnt stay with us
i m planning to move to USA by jan but if my mother also comes with me what would happen to the house..
As we dont have proper relations with my father, he will do anything to get ownership of this house so plz tell me how to make sure tht after we move to USA, what can b done to prevent my father by not coming and taking of the possession of the house.
the main emphasis in this matter is to make sure mom has the flat possession
