How to retrieve copy of petition and order

Hi,  I need a help

I had divorse and had an arguments with the laweyrs as he is asking for some unnecessary amount on pretaxt of his overhead charges and convence etc.  I appread in the family court in January 2103 and the order has been passed on the same day to appear after 6 months.  Now I even dont have the copy of petition and order

How can I obtain both the things from Court's Record Room? As I have known only the judge name and the date of appearance in the court?

Regards,

you can get the details from numbering register. If u want copies you have to file copy application (CA).

Contact your lawyer once again. Take into account his perception. Pay the actual. Expenses are, in fact, incurred by the lawyers, which the clients may sometime would never appreciate. The amount of expenses that is asked for is never bigger an amount than the professional fees for hiring a new lawyer. However, be it may as it is, you can apply for the certified copies of the documents desired. Submit an application to the Registrar of the Court indicating the case number, name of the party, and the request for certified copies along with the prescribed expenses.
