How to revoke signed letter?

During my tenure, first company never gave us any training as they claim and for same they took 50k as deposit from my colleague and I have to submit my original certificates. I was senior to him.

Also we had signed 5yrs of bond. I asked for copy of bond in written letter but the refuse to give. They asked me to resign on same day. I left company. they gave me original certificate but refuse to give me relieving letter.

But when my collegue asked same after few month they tortured him. He ask for help from national union. he left company. But they are still refusing to give him 50k deposit. I gave in written with sign mentioning we are not given any training.

I recently join new company where i have mentioned all first company issues. So that there won't be problem. But now my current new company asked for background check to this first company.

So this first company called me for meeting, and told ur company asking for background check. So they asked me to sign apology letter which has written that whatever I said about training not given is false and company given me good training.

I signed that apology letter as they threat me we will give bad feedback in your current and future company.

But I felt pressurised while signing so I send them one email (within 24hr) mentioning I am revoking letter which I signed on so and so date. I also mentioned i felt pressurised during signing the letter.

I want to know

1. What will be impact of this email?

2. Does this email has equal importance in legal processings?

3. Can I ask for relieving letter after 2.5yrs from resigning?

4. Can we revoke any  signed letter / document within specific duration as we can cancel signed cheque or LIC application within 15 days?

Subsequent to email you may send a letter also by redg post, addressed to appointing authority mentioning the names, designation, address of the company personnel who have extracted the letter from you within company premises by exterting pressure, threat, coercion.

It is felt that you and your friend come under the influence and pressure.

It shall be apppripriate to consult elders in the family, competent and  experienced well wishers, lawyer andlet them structure your representations and future coure of action. Don't act in haste.

thanks for reply Kumar,

Yes My friend is in contact with head of National Union. After I signed the letter i called my friend abt this. He also
contacted him and told him abt this he told they cannot do anything with this thing. Also it is possible to revoke signed letter by sending email for revoke within 24hrs or get that document from them which was not possible for me as i was alone.

I want to know how things will go further?
