How to sell individual share in a family property?

My friend won his Probate Petition Case for his share in Bombay High court and got Decree recently. Now he wants to sell his 2/3 rd share to some outsider. His cousin has balance 1/3rd share in same property. Can my friend sell his 2/3 rd share to anyone of his choice? What legal formalities he has to fulfill before selling? Does his name must be included in Titles and Original Title Deed need to be changed to include his name? Can someone explain what legal formalities now he needs complete?

I don't understand what Kumar Doab means by his above reply to my query. By virtue of my connection to this foram, many friends and relatives request me to send their legal problems to this foram and that is why different nature queries posted by me on their behalf. In case you are genuinely interested in helping people who are in legal trouble, you may reply to my last query and other future queries to help them out which I send to them.
