as per law commision report approx 15% execution in marriage related cases , as per supreme court % of false cases are very much high in marriage related cases , what else proof is required by madam ???
and moreover most of cases filed by urban women who is more educated want want to live with other person.....or they got cheated and Fkd by other before marriage , now they want to extract money from innocent husband because husbands are family person.
real issue of marriage related cases lie in villages for them this was issue but educated womens are misuing this law to extract money .
if you are really got cheated or misbehaved then fight in court and get justice y u asking for money car etc let court decide.
