Dear Experts,
Kindly suggest how to stop/put stay on divorce case when it is filed on cruelty and when 498A is running and cruelty is yet to be proved.
Want to first prove not guilty as its false 498a case but she had also filed divorce on cruelty grounds when all allegations are similar to 498A, how can the divorce case start when cruelty is yet to be proved.
Is there any provision so that one can put stay on divorce and fight first 498A case.
