a builder company after getting all payment for shop and issuing no dues in respect of shop and maintenance for next 2 years and having given fitout possesion of shop 3 months back now not ready for registration of change of title on premise of wanting extra payment for change in superarea computation rules of company. what are legal remedies availiable civil and criminal both?

If u make a any document at the time of booking and what is the condition mention in this deed or booking form then u challange Builder that Builder is not full-fil the condition and u go to court for that.. Note :- Evidence is necessary for that.
