How to teach a wife a lesson

Time can only teach a lesson as she would be trying to teach you a lesson at this stage and believe me she has more powers under law to do so. The only way out is prepare yourself to sustain the mental agony for little long once you are able to sustain for a year or more without compromising the other side would be in a terrible state and willing to compromise but in the initial phase they would be under the impression that you will agree to their wishes.

In todays time Husband has no remedy under law and the only remedy available is 'Divorce' dont agree for mutual divorce and make the other side fel that inspite of the hardships you wont let divorce happen and will fight it to the end and at the time they get it it would be of no use to them. In cases like yours this works as there is no issue out of the wedlock and the marriage is short lived so the other side would like to settle their daughter again.

But still you need to sustain for a year or more to bring things worj that way.

U CAN PULL CASE FOR UPTO 10 YRS EASILY. WHICH STATE u belong to?

and can easily go  for livin with a single woman which is permitted by law , to teach her a lesson.

If you indulge yourself in adultary then she will , if can prove this in court get easily divorce.

Author, if you want to teach her a lesson then keep yourself away from other women and be committed to your wife.Hire a good lawyer and fight confidently as you are going to loose valuable years of your life for your beloved wife to get her back.

Live in not permitted by law when either of the party is married. Not long back the extract from an article citing supreme court judgement was posted here. The article is available on the forum itself. Please give particular of the law and citation which permits live in relation of a married man/woman with single woman/man.

please cite a penal law which says a married man cannot live with a single women.

they will get divorce whether on the basis of cruelty or adultery .

here the motive of husband is to delay proceedings till wife agrees for reconciliation / till she withdraws false complaint , for more expert opinion he can consult an expert lawyer in person.

Thanks Mithilesh for your suggestion. Yes I do agree if I go with a compromise they will try to overcome my life. So the best way is that I will make my self prepared and will not compromise for divorce and better tech them a leasson how these girls are overrulling the powers in a wrong way and making money so easily.

If I go with mutal constent still they can ask for the alomony amount and ultimately there whole purpose of making my life spoilt has been achieved. Hence making them pay for such an act by not giving divorce can teach such girls and there parents a leasson. Can you please let me how frequents are the dates in court and what happen if I skip some dates in order to make there life hell too

Thanks Avnish for your prompt response. Well I belong to New Delhi and the marriage happened in new delhi. So if I drag the period to some years in order to teach her and her parents a leasson will I be able to leave with someone in my house in a living relationship without marriage. Is that acceptable to court?

ms utpala and ms ambika delibarately lying in this point, they know well what is law in this context. because the matter (ligality of live in) well discussed in previous threads.

here i will point out a seperate thing.

it seems that you are unwilling to give her divorce, as she praying for it. it is your will. onething, if you go on live in openly and with record, it will help her to get divorce. therefore what you want to do, do it secrately and of the record. otherwise she may get divorce easily.
