How to throw her out ?

Page no : 3

Biswanath Roy (Advocate)     15 July 2014

Lawyers have some legal obligations and ethics to follow for rendering legal services to the people. In our times when we joined in this profession we had to take some oath before the Registrar of Calcutta High Court in this regard so we cannot advice or indulge anybody to do any thing against the law of the country, whereas those who are merely joined in this platform as experts only but not in this legal profession but rendering services as public juror they have no such legal bindings or obligations like ours and as such they enjoy the liberty to say anything going beyond the perview of law or legal ethics.
