How to vacat the injuction?

My grandfather own a property @ chennai. He has one son and two daughters. He executed an unregistered will in favour of my father. And he passed away 5 years back.

My father decided to sell the property and made agreement with a person that he will sell the land after probating the WILL at madras high court.

He received an advance of Rs.5lakhs.

But unfortunately O.P was dismissed since the witnesses are not available.

Now that person has filed a suit for specific performance and asking for injuction of tha said property.

1) the agreement maid will become void since will has not probated?

2) Now both of my aunties also has rights in the property. How can he ask for specific performance and injuction?

3) he is demanding a huge amount to withdraw the case. What shall I do now? should i deal this off the court or in court?

4)  The problem will be solved if I return that 5lakhs with iinterest in court?

please help me friends..
