1. My grand father owns a property in Visakhapatnam (Anakapalle) and leased to a person 20 years ago.
2. After expiry of both the tenant and my grand father are died, my father has continued to give on lease the said property to son of the deceased tenant.
3. The lease agreement is renewed after every 3 years. But after expiry of last agreement in 2017, new agreement is made for 11 months. All agreements are unregistered.
4. Now after expiry of agreement, my father asked him to vacate the property to use it for personal purpose. But he is asking some amount for vacating towards goodwill.
5. Is he has the right to received good will? Is there any procedure to vacate him from the said property?
