Mr. Jadhav, you know very clearly that the wife is not entitled to any share in the self acquired property of her husband during his life time and also if he has executed a Will making proper arrangement for disposal of his properties after his life time in which he has intentionally excluded his wife from having any share in the property or enjoying the same in any manner, she has no right even then to claim a share in the said property.  So, if you want to buy a property, do it, what is preventing you from doing it?, Why are you worried about her illegal claims, let she do it, she will face the law accordingly. The proposed law that a wife may have a share in her husband's property is yet to be framed, passed by parliament, implemented etc., so do not worry about which is not there.

also I need to visit personally and once in yr sign for sales of goods,anyway to avoid it?
