A good point. The law must be made gender neutral.

Indian laws do not accept or consider that a man or boy can be raped?

1) Is a boy being used as s*xual object charged only under sodomy or constitutes rape under Indian law?

2) A female teacher having s*xual intercourse with a male student-under threat of expulsion if not complied with-does it constitute rape under Indian law?

3) A woman boss forcing a male subordinate under threat of firing from his job-does it constitute rape under Indian law?

I agree these needs to be covered as well.

I guess Indian laws have a long way to go.

I heard that judges have national and regional meetings-are these issues discussed? Hope so. There must be a direction as to how these issues must be dealt with. In that sense, the judgement in this case of limiting the person's liberty, by the highest court of the land, that is supposed to be a beacon-is unfortunate.
