Hi, I have a question. I am NRI, my husband has passed away three years ago. I have three boys all unmarried and adults and not married. I wanted to know if there is any way that we can create HUF and transfer my husband's Indian assets in it. Thanks for your response.

Yes, you can effectively creat HUF. As far as transfer of your husbands property is concerned it depends on whole scenerio.
