We have an HUf in my father's name. Now we have myself(Married), my 2 younger brother one of them is married and has 2 sons and a wife, a younger married sister and our mother in the fmaily. By married brother stays abroad and can't become Karta.
1. We all want my mother to become Karta for the same. In case if she can't become a karta then we want to make my yonger brother as Karta for HUF. What is the process to do either of the two?
2. My married brother and married younger sister wants to surrender their rights in HUF. What is the process for the same and what kind of documentation will be required.
