I want your valuable inputs for my posting
X with his self earnings purchased several properties, however some properties were registered in his self name and some properties in the name of HUF.
Now the point is whether X is entitled to execute a Will Deed in respect of all properties i.e. self named property and HUF properties.
Is there any law/judgement prevent X from executing Will Deed in respect of HUF property.
