Husband impotent - divorce granted u/s 12(1)(a) hma

In a recent Judgment dated 07.05.2013, the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi was pleased to confirm the order of the District Court where the marriage between the parties had been annulled by a decree of nullity on the ground of impotency of the husband. Please find the link below for the relevant blog post and download link of the judgment.

Thank you sir for this long overdue judgement.

But what is the point of this useless judgement when the girl is now 39 ( she was 23 when she filed case). And how strong are her remarriage chances now!!!...The Indian judiciary and Parliament have a lot to answer for the damaged lives of the young people of this country.

What is the point of this overdue judgment after a lapse of so many years is totally different discussion altogether. I strongly agree with the view that now this judgment is kind of useless for the parties as they have long past their marriageable age. The Hon'ble Courts ought to move a lot faster in Matrimonial Petitions/Applications as irreparable loss is caused to the parties due to lapse of time.
