one of my friend who is already married and have kids is living with another married woman (both without giving divorce to spouse) are staying together in live in relation ship since 3 yrs. now some dispute has arise in between them and they want to get separate , can this lady put any case on myfriend. if so what are those, and how he can come out of this. he is still confused if he wants to go back to his first wife.. what should he do.. and what should be his first wifes call on this.
