Dear sir,
My client husband left home and not traced from past 20 years, no police compliant is lodged only 2011 polic e compliant 07 years not comleted.
They want to sell the popoerty stands in the name of the husband for marriage, but revene office people expecting death certificate which is not posssibel approching court may take take time.
please advice any short method to succed propoerty with proper legal title ..

First you need to exhaust all methods of searching him and then proceed. There are many other ways to trace a person which you have not followed. In such case if you proceed with sale etc of said property parties will have to face consequnce in case the owner returns.

Court alone can grant degree of civil death, if person is untraceable for last 7 years.
