husband's job in dubai in indian company & not take any responsibility of my Daughter

my daughter living with his in-laws and with other members of family from last 5 years from marriage.
he used abused language on phone and whenever he came to to his home after 2-3 months he thread her and beat with sleeper.
he fit a camera even at home from last 5 months.
want her to leave his home.
not taking any responsibility about her.
what should I do.

Take divorce...........File DV case first.

if I take mutual DV then what is legal step shud I do in my daughter's favour

Hello,
File a Compaint under domestic voilence act and also file for maintainance under section 125 of Cr.P.C.

It is the best solution for your daughter.

Remedies available to your daughter are:

To make a written compliance before the women cell in the area.

Criminal complaint can be made before the respective Police Station, specially if there was demands for dowry. (there is no mention in the query regarding any demand for money, hence i am presuming there are none)

Also, Complaint can be made under the Domestic Violence Act seeking right to maintenance, right to residence etc.

A case for child custody should be filed.

Your daughter can also file for divorce on Grounds of cruelty against wife.
