Dear Sir,
1. I have filed a O.S. at District Municif Court, palani to remove encroachemnt infront of my house. Case favoured to us on 2011. Encroachers filled an appeal suit at sub court palani. In appeal suit they requested for IA ( stay order). IA is still pending. Next hearing is on 27.11.2015.
my quey :
1) in IA cancellation order, wheather judge can order to municpal commisioner to remove encroachment within a secheduled time.
2) if IA is cancelled, A.S. will be pending, does municipal commissioner has right to remove encroachment.
