I am interested to perchese a propietorship company's 75% share on behalf of a pvt.ltd company.But the problem is that the propietorship company is enlishted in many state goverment depertment in india.After perchesing the company, I can able to use the propietorship company's all enlisted paper ? State goverment accept it ? I can able to manufacturing & sale his product ? What is the perchese processing of Propietorship firm ?
