I denied sex due to harassment

It's more than a year since I got married. I have stayed with husband n his family only for 3 months n was then asked to get out of house. Since then I'm staying with parents almost since a year. I am a victim of abuse n harassment from first day of marriage. My husband used to ask me for s*x only when we had arguments or fights or when I was crying and not otherwise. He used to even stay far away from me if we go out saying he doesn't like to display his love in public. Even at home he used to be on his own reading books or watching tv though I ask for s*x. And after sending me back we took many initiatives to resolve issues but they insulted us. Now he puts entire blame on me, says I denied s*x for him and filed divorce. How do I prove myself? he abused n threatened me everyday but now he made false allegations on me.
