so I have been to some online electronics product buy-selling WhatsApp groups for years which are trusted mostly but a few days ago I sent a seller around 1L rupees of amount for an electronic purchase but he neither shipped the product nor refunded the amount although I got his reference from a very trusted person who also belongs from those WhatsApp group. That guy only swears to send money now but doesn't actually return the money. I did not suspect him first but 3-4 weeks later I found out that he had done the same with others and one of that victim personally messaged me and told me that the seller also swore to him about returning the money from the last 3 months. after hearing this it's like I fell from the sky. actually, I purchased this electronic product for my friend by wishing to make around 2-3% of the commission margin. In my case, it has been almost a month. I also found out about his local shop through Google Street View which has also been closed for ages by calling the nearby shop numbers. His GST number is active but not in his name, probably it will be on his family members. I paid him with my and my friend's bank together on his named merchant account and his business name account. now as proof, I got his sworing call recordings which are of course without his consent, and the WhatsApp chats where he swears daily but does not return the money at all. help me, please. I can not pay off this amount neither to the bank or my friend where I have spent it or neither to my friend right now. due to this, my reputation with my family, my friends, and locality will be doomed.
