I am studying in an online coaching and they took ₹59,590 ( simply ₹60,000) including GST for 11th+12th class online IIT JEE course . I joined it on 21 April 2024 and coure is valid till 31 May 2026 but I joined the coaching when course had already started 1 month ago that is in March 2024 so I didn't took live classes but only the recorded classes in their app for covering the 1 month lectures . When I joined live classes after month I saw that the teachers I was promised before buying course in the youtube video was not teaching us except one teacher of physics ,but soon after some months ,that teacher also left leaving some other unknown teachers for me to teach . Also they claimed in the video that we only have upto 200 students in a live classes for better understanding. But after joining the classs, I saw more than 200 in the online classs. But I endured it for a year as of December because I was in midway of my year ,so I thought complaining then would effect my study . Now please tell me what to do in December, they don't have a refund policy but they scammed me through false claims .
They also emotionally controlled me like they told me that your seat has been reserved for 2 days and if you didn't buy course ,you will not be able to join later but after purchasing I saw there are more than 200 students .
