I have change cast name

Any name can be changed as per laid down norms in your state with such gazette publication and notification to Public.  Before that l first take care of changing in qualification certificates and the repurcussions. If you want for general purposes you need not write full name.

The better option is to rise above caste which is a limitation than a qualification.
