mene complane kiya he the accused person name is ashish kundu u/s 376,313,417 Ipc..mujhe puchna he kya bail milsakta he kya?

Yes, the accused can have bail in the instant complaint case, where his (accused's) counsel has to prove/orally (before prosecution evidence) the fact that the allegation are .just to frame him.
