i need to legal classification on section 160 crpc notice

my name is Dinesh I'm from belong to the sc caste I'm the complainer of one case at the local police station recently police will give me a 160 crpc notice for the witness but he mentioned my name and then he mentioned my caste I'm sc I will take action on this kindly suggest taking action sir

Did you find something offencive in the notice under section 160 Cr PC ? If so, inform higher police officials, otherwise, it is a format, which include caste of noticee..
