Respected Sir, I am sivakumar from Tirupura,TamilNadu my self and my 2 planing to start a manpower/HR/ job consultancy firm in Anuparpalayam(Tirupur) for recruiting candidates from India (all parts) to foreign companies (mainly) and also in Indian companies in all sectors and all levels. we alreday prepared a partnership deed with help of a notary advacate .In this regard I need some advices and suggestions from law experts. 1. How shall I start the manpower consultancy? 2. What are the legal procedures of registration and start? 3. Give me the detail guideline and outline for start. 4. From where and how shall I obtain different licenses require for the running of the consultancy? 5. Any other valuable information necessary for the starting consultancy business.
