I want the same to be transferred / title of deed in my name

House property in Delhi.
Father purchased through these papers

1. Agreement to sell & purchase duly registered in Registrar office in 2007.
2. GPA
3. SPA

Father expired in 2009, mother also expired. Only legal hier is me.

I want the same to be transferred / Title of deed in my name.

Please guide the papers requirements & process.
