IB verification for govt job

Hello All, I have been selected in PSU. My police verification was pending. Now it has completed from local police and upon enquiry to commissioner ofc, they said we have forwarded your file to IB office. Now, how much time it will take IB to complete the verification and forward it to the collector ofc. And how can I track the process.?? Its already been 03 months my recruiter has forwarded the application to collector office for police verification.
