My brother sold me 1 acre land as gift deed from his 10 acre plot. Later he also sold some land to few others also. Now he is saying, I don't have any land in that 10 acre plot. Boundaries are mentioned in my document, and my name is showing in EC, but that 10 acres plot doesn't have complete sub division.
I doubt, he double registered my plot. How should I take next step to temporarily stop all the registrations in that 10 acre land till my land is given boundaries.
