If accussed don't know any case against him

Dear Sirs, I wanted to know "If any complaint lodged against someone but he doesn't get summons and court warrants and never police officer executed / informed but court continued to issued NBW too and accused doesn't have such information by any means, then what should accused to do?"

In Any case arrest bail surties will be there. I think in your case it is absconding chargesheet is filed so there is nbw pending. U just file bail and proceed with the case
