Dear All,
I was working in mumbai and employer sent me abroad for work and started not paying salary and the allowances decided after 3 months . Getting in trouble i requested company to call me back to India as unable to continue without wages. Now still my company has not paid me from last 3 months (salary +pending Allowances ). I had sent several mails to company for clearence but nor response is there...Now from Jan,18 i took leave and left going to office and sent a mail to comapny to clear all pending , then only i can join the office. Elese from these PF is also not deposited by employer from last 7 months(as per conversation with EPF deptt. and passbook). Kindly suggest what can i do for fast action.
This is not only my situation , anout more than 30 employees facing same issue. Kindly suggest for fast action what steps to be taken..
