Dear Sir/madam,
1 person was falsely named in fir in ndps commercial qty case and now granted bail by hon'ble high court (no recovery)
Actualy he was police informer, due to that enemy he was falsely implicated by the criminal
now he want to leave peaceful with family
he thinks that criminal may falsely implicate in ndps commercial qty case again in future
so what should do by him for not get trapped falsely

The police informer has to ensure his safety first, if his task involves danger to his life then he should better think about quitting this assignment to safeguard himself.

Sir he has left as a informer job
after went to jail in false case more than 3 month
now he wants to live peacful without any problem
if again the criminal try to give his name in false cases what should do by him for his protection now

You can approach higher police officer of the city with a similar complaint or approach judicial magistrate court seeking direction to concerned police to take action on your complaint.
