If proof is given will court act on irregularity complaint?

Court has pronounced order in a case.

* But, the procedure itself is wrong. This has given rise to irregularities that are nothing but first order crime, perjury etc. Yes, etc, etc.

* Can I lodge a complaint with Registrar of the court and submit proof of irregularity?

* Will the court act on its procedures, reopen the case, do justice?

CAT provides for 'Review'. CAT has different tracks for different cases:

1. If 'Review' is against emergence of new facts, evidences, proof.

2. If 'Review' is against an order in a case where no hearing has been held.

3. If 'Review' is against an order that is after a detailed hearing, which may actually be defined as a re-appeal.

CAT registry fellows deliberately processed my case under category 3 above, while rules under category 1 should have been applied and have spoilt my case. Complexities surrond the order, people behind it etc.

Now what should be done at CAT?
