When we ask for power connection or even just name change if family member expires then at that time Reliance energy, Mumbai asks for several documents and declarations. But now it has come to my notice that in one of my old building Rel energy has given connection to a non exitent person who has no documents to get such a connection. When I made a complaint once this came to my notice then they reluctantly came to the site and found that the connection goes to a illegal hotel. Instead of disconnection the service they just charged penanlty as same was taken under residential teriff and not commercial. I have been writing to them that since the connection is without proper documents same must be disconnected but as very powerful UP leader is pressurising Anil Ambani they have not taken any action and replied that connection is in order. I have been asking to show me a copy of the documents furnushed by this illehgal non existaent person. They say they dont come undeerr RTI and sent me a notice of sevral pages thru their advocate for writing several letters and theretening action against me.
How do I go about to get copies of documents given by person to obtain connection in my property without any document / rent receipt / consent from me. HOW DO I PROCEED AGAINST THIS PERSON AND reLIANCE ENERGY?
