Builder is giving money to society committee members for running his business in illegally way such as,
1. Parking area is occupied by illegal construction as mentioned below:
1) Crew (workers) of Restaurant & Bar are staying illegally in society premises and two stories room has been illegally constructed for them in parking area (inside the society).
Note: Society also don't bother to have the ID proof, photo, any documents or information about the people who are staying illegally.
2) Kitchen of Restaurant & Bar is illegally constructed in the parking area, all the cars of society members are parked on the road outside the gate and thus it is inconvenience for other commuter to drive cars in such congested area.
3) A small Toilet Room is illegally constructed in the society premises.
2. Society is also responsible for conducting profit out of renting the parking area and not showing the profit in the society account.
3. Committee members are running this racket since the building was constructed and threaten people for complaining against illegal construction.
4. Restaurant & Bar is very close to the school, temple and hospital. The special permission is granted by the society itself to builder to run this illegal business and activity in the area.
1. How can I stop and demolish the unauthorized structure in our building?
2. I don't want to disclose my name as their is a threat to myself and my family...How can I close this activity without disclosing my name??? Please help me in this matter
3. Please don't tell me to take help from committee member (secretary, President, Treasurer or Vice President) as they are only involved in this matter and earning money by renting parking area to the builder.
Any help would be appreciated.
