Illegal construction in chs

I live in a CHS in Thane, the society does not have OC and Conveyance in its name since there is a small parcel of land next to our society has slums, this also falls under our own society, now some flat owners have recently builded 3 slums more in 2011, they say that they have taken permission from Chairman, Secretary and have paid money to them towards society and they have written evidence.

What can the other members do in this regards, please advice

Sir,

In absence of OC or Conveyance Deed, the Society is not the owner of the plot and the Managing Committee members do not have any right to sell, lease or rent any part of the plot.

You can approach and make a complaint to the local Municipal Authorities.

Reagards,

Kishor Mehta
