Illegal encroachment outside my land

I have a land. There have been a lot of illegal encroachments outside my land. Have also complained to the Municpality, however there seems to be no soluion for us as things are being managed.

How I can take protection - under which laws - if I take the issue to the Civil court.

Under which sections of civil law can I avail benefit

There are encroachments outside my land & also there are encroachments which have reduced the size of the goverment road.....

These encroachments are taking down my property level misreably...All encroachments have happended in the last 4-5 years.

First issue legal notice to the municiplaity to remove the illegal encrochment u/s 80 of CPC. They wont do any;ting, after that you file a suit for mandatory injunction against the muncipality and persons who have encroached it.

Limitation to file mandatory injunction suit is two years from the date of encroachment.
