Where can I complain , regarding illegal loans being sacntioned by a credit-society. The credit society is passing off loans on a pagadi system chawl rooms. Also the loans are sanctioned to the person who is not the tenant of the premises.
Can loans be sanctioned on a pagadi / rented type resdential premise? Also there are irregularities in sanctioning such loans, such as, the loans are cleared in two parts. One part of the amount is deposited in the applicant's bank account and the other part is issued as a "bearer" cheque.
Where can one complain about such irregularities. RBI? Consumer forums?
