Hello All...Need help from experts here....this seems to be a common issue...and maybe would have been posted here repeatedly...however I am unable to find the correct advice to follow
My land in a village near Pune, has been occupied by a village local. We did not visit the place often, due to not being in town and would visit in 2/3 years. We have the documents for the land which are clear. The person occupying the land is not willing to vacate the same and has the support of few locals having land nearby and is demanding money for vacating the same...and saying that the land has been maintained by him.
Please could you guide me on this...as I feel that even after giving the money, there is a possibility that the land may not be vacated, and there could be future similar issues occuring. Is it right otherwise to initiate the legal process and send notice and file a case against him and others involved...
