I have a land of 1 Acre in TN. On side of the boundary a person has put up a shed and occupied our area to the tune of 2500 Sq.ft. and claims he has bought the land from the real estate promoter who has sold a layout few years back. When enquired with land surveyor we found that 2500Sq.ft was encroached by the Real estate promoter and sold. We have the documents and Patta. How shd we go to sue a case
