Sir/Madam,
One of my clients is staying in a tenanted premises at Jogeshwari(E), Mumbai. The situation is they are having some 38 tenanted premises in their building. But since last 4 years a person from neibouring building has started an illegal shop in between the place between an adjacent building & my clients building. When enquired it was fouend the landlord has issued a rent receipt in that person name withe regards to that shop. Now my tenant and the other members of the building want to evict that person. How can we go ahead. Here are a few possiblities.
1) Making an RTi Application to the BMC and taking out the correct records.
2) Filing an Eviction Suit against that person and landlord.
Pls let me know of any other remedies.
