Hello, Am using a postpaid mobile connection. My wife and her brother are illegally trackng my call details through a person who works with the service provider. I have gone and inquired with servicer provider's retail oulets and they say no one has checked your call records. Is there any way I can file a cae against them ? I do not have any proof that they have tracked it but I know they have done. Please suggest what proofs i need so that i can file a case ?
