Illegible handwriting on order sheet

Illegible Handwriting on Order Sheet

The writing on the order sheet by the Court is so illegible as to make any reading of it impossible and 3-4 advocates and the reader himself has expressed inability to tell what is written on the order sheet!

What is the remedy with the litigant?

file MA for clarification.

The contents of the order can be clarified form the bench clerk or the head clerk of the concerned court, if not satisfied, the Administrative Officer of the court will be able to clarify the substance of the order, exhaust all these remedies and then go for legal options.

If the bench clerk, who worked during the tenure of the judge fails to clarify you, then seek a typed copy of docket order by filing copy application.
