Friends, one of my friend is having 498a/406 on himself, his brother and bhabhi. He was arrested by police and was released after regular bail.
Meanwhile, he applied for Immigration in a country and he has got reply for go ahead from the Immigration authorities of that country to apply for PR/Immigration and they have asked him to pay the money to apply for PR.
Now his query is he wants to go there and get PR fpr that country and come back and attend the court dates whenever required. But the main hurdle is PCC (Police clearance certificate) which is reqd by immigration authorities for immigration to other country.
What will happen if Police files PCC against him. Will he be denied opportunity of getting PR to the other country ? Any constraint for this or any remedy you guys can suggest for him ?
