Immovable Property

a suit filed by A against B, A claimed suit property was her maternal grand father and there shares are in suit property, my question is that after lapse of long period Grand Daughter have rights in suit property according Muslim law, if yes, what entitled?

Here, A would not be entitled to a share. Only the son's daughters are entitled to inherit as per Sunni Muslim Law. That is, granddaughters may have a right to share only in their paternal grandfather's property, in the absence of the father.

Hi! To clarify, there aren't any sections. These inheritance rules come from personal Muslim law enacted in 1937 which is based on the Shariat- a combination of provisions in the Quran as well as the teachings of Prophet Mohd.
